A few weeks ago, I went on an extreme adventure trip with my friends. I’m not an adventurous person and I can say that I am someone who thrives and prefers to stay where it is comfortable and familiar.
While waiting in line to pay for my groceries, I overheard 2 ladies discussing their diet. One lady said that because she wanted to lose weight, she switched to eating bread instead of rice. So is bread really better than rice?
